CHEZ PANISSE BERKELEY, California, 2004–2005 Cooked daily changing menu in café and participated in off- site special events.


Various Bay Area Restaurants, 1996–2009 I’ve cooked a ton! Some of the other places where I’ve cooked include: Café Museo at the MOMA, Liberty Café, Hog Island Oyster Bar and Bar Jules.
